- misprinted/damaged/defective Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
- Wrong Address - If you give an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. If you take care of the reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you, we are happy to resend.
- Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us. If you take care of the reshipment costs, we are happy to resend
- Cancellation - You can cancel your order BEFORE the order is shipped.
- Returns - As each item is custom made for you, we don't do returns. If anything is wrong, please contact us to see what we can do for you.
- What are your shipping rates?Shipping is calculated for you on check out as it depends on the amount of items and best available shipping rate for you, so it's best is to simply check your cart.
- How to take care of your new favourite shirt (or how to ask your partner to wash your stuff).
- In order to get best wash results we recommend turning your shirts inside out before you wash.
- Wash using cold water.
- Use Gentle Wash soap.
- Wash on the most Gentle setting also washing the least amount of time.
- DO NOT ADD BLEACH !!
- For best Drying results we recommend to air dry.
- Do not dry in direct sunlight to prevent fading.
- Drying your t-shirt with NO heat will provide the most longevity to your garment.
- When Ironing Your T-Shirt make sure it is reversed inside out.
- I want a certain shirt, with a certain design and/of a certain band?Drop us a line - We don't do requests but we like good ideas/suggestions and inspiration.
- What shirts do you use?We print on Gildan 5000 by default, but if you prefer Comfort Colors of Bella + Canvas or softstyle Gildan, let us know!
- DTG or Screen print?Although we love to screen, we currently use DTG as this makes it easier and faster to provide you with all these beauties world wide. We know durability is something DTG has struggled with in the early days but guarantee that if you take proper care of your shirt the quality is up to par. Just wash your stuff properly and you'll be as pleasantly surprised and happy as we are. If you have any quality issues - please contact us and we'll address the issue properly.
